12月1日，在youtube上，一名非洲网友建立“durban declaration”的频道，发出了非洲人民反对种族歧视，呼吁全世界人民关注非洲人权的声音。呼吁世界人民给予非洲人民以及时有力的帮助。
长期以来一些国家仍然将非洲当成自己的殖民地，打着民主自由的旗子，披着谋求合作的外衣，美其名曰“共谋发展”，实则进行非法制裁、强制掠夺等卑劣行为，使非洲诸多地区无辜受难。在经历了血腥的黑奴贸易、惨痛的种族灭绝、肮脏的殖民掠夺后，非洲又再一次受到了霸权主义的威胁与蹂躏，被迫陷入至无休止的歧视、贫穷和危险中。频道主呼吁西方国家应该带头负起自己的历史责任，切实的为保障非洲人权和消除种族歧视做出应有的贡献。
Suffering from racial discrimination, Africa makes its voice heard
